Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will need to investigate on a case by case basis the refund, a designated customer service representative will be assigned to you and investigate your refund process
To be eligible for a refund you may be ask by our customer service team the reasoning for your refund and you may be required to supply us with a written email outlining the reasoning for a refund.

Learn All About Property offer a ‘Money Back Guarantee’ on selected trainings subject to the terms & conditions outlined from the outset. This is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights. If the training which you have signed up for is eligible for this guarantee it will be made clear and obvious prior to the sale of the product. Should you have a claim under any money back guarantee for any training you must inform the company within 14 days from the date of purchase for your claim to be valid. If this guarantee was not explicitly offered on the product you purchased prior to your purchase then the guarantee is not offered. The terms of each products’ guarantee are subject to specific criteria being met, which is variable from product to product, and the specific criteria for each product’s guarantee is available to you upon request.

If you have chosen to purchase one of our products or courses using the Klarna payment facility and have any questions regarding the Klarna payment option you will need to seek further advice from Klarna Bank AB directly using their customer portal or from their customer service team
for any refund queries or questions once the product has been purchased using the Klarna payment facility you will need to also raise this query with the Klarna customer service team
